Thanks so much for all the comments on the last post - it was a resounding "YES!" in favour of my seaside swap idea, so here we go! Having never organised a swap before, I'm going to try and keep it simple. Obviously, the theme is the seaside, but other than that it's entirely up to you! There are just two rules:
1. You must have a blog (as I really like looking at what everyone else is getting up to!) &
2. at least one item must be handmade (by you!)
So, here's what to do: leave a comment on this post to let me know that you're in. I will leave the sign-up open until Friday 22nd May. I would love if some of my international friends could play too so please do also let me know whether you are happy to post internationally or not. I will then match people up and post the list of participants sometime over that weekend (23rd/24th). Come back then to find out who your partner is - one of the best bits of swapping is making new friends so send them a little message saying "hello!", go read their blog and get to know them!

I'm going to make the deadline for posting 31st July, so you'll have a good two months to come up with something (and hopefully it'll actually feel like summer by then!)

If anyone wants to volunteer and design a button thingy for this swap that would be fab - I am completely clueless about stuff like that, in fact I can't even work out how to put a button in my own sidebar (despite following various tutorials - it just won't do it for me!)
I think that just about covers everything but if you have any questions or if I've left anything out do give me a shout.
