OK, I admit the title is a bit of a cheat as I don't actually have any progress that I can show you! But I have made progress insofar as I have decided what to do with the Mama Said Sew layer cake. Laziness has won the day and I am going with simple, big half square triangles. I spent a happy half hour or so spreading all the squares over the floor and matching them up into pairs, but that is as far as I've got. Maybe I'll make a start on sewing over the weekend, but don't hold your breath!
